Collectors love to acquire coins and assemble sets they can enjoy and feel proud to own. Quite often collectors' in the hunt building "the finest" face the dilemma of being offered an outstanding coin of a quality and rarity they may never see again for the date, but may choose not to buy because there are 1 or 2 examples graded higher! The fact is, however, that the chances of acquiring that higher population example may be slim at best.
